To say that Nathan Parks has lived a full and eventful life, some would say, is an understatement. He spent almost two decades serving in the United States Military; both Army and Air Force. As a lower enlisted he soaked life lessons from both positive and negative leadership. Later, as he became a Non-Commissioned Officer he embraced the leadership mindset of continuing to be mentored from above as you pass on mentor-ship to those you lead.
He has received high awards for his leadership, work ethic, and professionalism. He has taken these life experiences and used them to encourage others to shake off the roadblocks within their mind.body.soul to become stronger and more successful individuals.
As an author, Nathan Parks, has written the supernatural thrillers The Nephelium, The Vapor, and The Rise. Even in his works of fiction he takes readers on an entertaining ride and an escape as he is still challenging them to think deeply about their own personal life and beliefs. He is currently working on an untitled third book in the series, as well as a fictional military series, and The World In Your Own Backyard; a work of fiction that has the reader following a young lady who, through a life crisis, discovers that we can be looking for wonders on a large scale and yet miss the life lessons in our own daily life.
Nathan resides with his wife and children in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. When he is not writing, motivating one-on-one, or doing public speaking he can be found spending time in the beautiful outdoors.

Nathan Parks started writing at a very young age. It allowed him to express his true feelings without "getting in trouble". At nineteen he wasn't sure where he was headed or what he wanted to do. The military made him stretch himself, learn more about himself, and expanded his world view. Fitness coach is just part of what he does. He loves helping people. He wants to challenge the reader with each novel to think outside of their normal existence. "Untitled" is the third and final book in the original trilogy, and the readers can expect a fast pace, twist and turn book that concludes the story that started in The Nephelium.
